Laminate flooring is a fantastic product that is made to resemble wooden floors. This type of flooring has several advantages that other genuine woods simply cannot give you. Upon closer inspection, you cannot really tell that isn’t true hardwood either.

Genuine hardwood flooring has many textures, color variations, and grain marks that are original and unique to each piece of product. Laminate flooring has some of the very same markings and looks very much just like the real thing.

Many genuine hardwood floors need continuous upkeep, care and maintenance. It may scratch and you may need to protect it periodically with additional finish coats. It is expensive to maintain.
